This is an open event for ALL members. You can be brand new or a vet to CrossFit. It's time to PR!!! We will be testing your 1 RM on Deadlift, Backsquat, and Press. Come down, bring a 6 pack, and hang out. Its time to lift some weights! PR? You get to go up on the PR board that will be set up that night.
